2. Data processed when visiting
When you visit this website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer and browser/user-agent information. This is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website. Server logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's operational and legal retention requirements.
3. Hosting and providers
Contabo: Hosting of the VPS and application infrastructure.
Cloudflare: DNS services for the domain. The site does not intentionally use Cloudflare analytics or tracking cookies.
Formspree: Contact and service inquiry submissions are sent to Formspree for forwarding by email. The submitted name, organization, email address, service selection and message details are processed for responding to the inquiry.
Calendly: The scheduling widget is loaded only after you allow optional third-party services. Calendly may process scheduling details and technical connection data according to its own privacy policy.
External links: Links to LinkedIn, ElevenLabs and other external websites open services outside this website. No ElevenLabs script is loaded globally on this site.
4. Contact and service inquiries
If you submit a message or service inquiry, the fields marked as required are used to respond to you. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. Formspree receives the form submission as the technical service provider. The data is retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and comply with applicable obligations.
5. Optional services and local storage
The site stores the key third_party_consent in your browser's localStorage when you allow optional services. The value records the consent version, decision and timestamp. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can withdraw this decision below. Withdrawing removes the localStorage entry and prevents Calendly from loading until consent is granted again.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Arts. 15–22 GDPR. Contact the controller by email to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
